Status of Funds Raised

Kerala is bravely fighting against global pandemic COVID-19 utilizing all its resources. Kerala has been the first state in India to respond to this outbreak and set the standards for containing it for others to follow. All medical treatments relating to COVID-19 including the testing are free for the residents of Kerala. This, along with various schemes declared by the Kerala government to feed and financially assist families impacted by the much-needed 21 day lockdown declared by the Honíble Prime Minister of India, puts the state on a huge financial burden.

Kerala Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan has made an appeal to the general public to contribute to the Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund (CMDRF) to support many efforts undertaken by the state government to help and support everyone impacted by the lockdown and its aftermath.

To support Kerala governmentís efforts to fight against the deadly pandemic COVID-19, we request you to make a generous contribution to CMDRF. As we have done during our fundraising effort for the Kerala Floods, you can donate the money to Care & Share and we will facilitate transferring the funds to CMDRF.

Care & Share is a 501 (c) 3 organization. Your donation is eligible for both tax exemption and for employer matching.

Now is the time to support Kerala whole heartedly. Contribute your share to Chief Minister's Distress Relief Fund to show your care and concern.
